Terry Richardson joined Ty-Par Commercial Realty in 2015, focusing her efforts on listing and selling commercial properties, along with assisting with development of new projects. Richardson began her real estate career 20+ years ago in the residential field. Richardson believes in developing trusting relationships and working to provide solutions to each individual client. Richardson received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Carolina University. She currently resides in Monroe and enjoys spending her free time with her family. She is a member of the Union County Association of Realtors and is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
