Ronald T. Parker is the President of L.C. Tyson Construction, Inc. and Vice President of RMMC, Inc. and has been with the company since 1989. Ron is versed in contract negotiating, construction planning and scheduling, project estimating and job costing, design, budget analysis, document preparation, building codes and regulations, material purchasing, and site development. He has completed many projects during his time with L. C. Tyson Construction including Metro Medical, Shops of Nottingham, Industrial Ventures I, II, and III, Tyson Center, Corporate Plaza, Emerald Lake Pro Shop, and The View at Emerald Lake. Ron resides in Union County and spends his free time enjoying his four grandchildren. He is a graduate of Western Carolina University and currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Education and Technology. He has a North Carolina Broker’s license and the General Contractor qualification. With over 40 years experience in real estate development and construction, Ron’s personal service to details and work ethics is a value to each and every client.
