Jennifer transitioned from the finance and risk management industry into real estate in 2006. Starting out, she spent three years with a luxury custom home builder/developer as a broker before moving into general brokerage. She earned her BSBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte, then in 2015 she decided to expand her knowledge by completing a Master of Real Estate degree with a scholarship from the National Association of Realtors. While completing the graduate degree program Jennifer became involved with her local Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) chapter and tackled sustainability issues while establishing ways to incorporate them into the development and management of real estate. Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, Jennifer is available for your commercial real estate needs.
